HTML to Word turns a simple HTML fragment into a Word document. Paste headings, paragraphs, lists and tables and download a .docx file. Bold, italic, code and links stay in the file.
The fragment may use p, h1, h2, h3, ul, ol, li, table, tr, td, th, br, strong, b, em, i, code and a link with an href. script and style are skipped, including everything inside them. Any other tag is dropped and its text is kept. Only the five XML entities and numeric character references are decoded.
The page shows a plain-text preview, one block per line, with list items marked - or 1. . The download is the Word file: letter paper, Calibri, grid tables and a header row that repeats. Conversion runs in your browser and the HTML you paste is never uploaded.
